Kenwood DNX1940 doesnt start. HELP!

Help....
2007 G35 Coupe Automatic

I was installing a rear view camera, i was connecting the red power wire from the camera to rear of the unit and i accidently touched the black wire from the unit. It created a spark and the unit turned off. I turned the car on and tested the unit and nothing...now it doesnt turn on. I also noticed my speedometer lights are off too. All other lights are fine. Also my memory driver seat doesnt work either.
I looked @ some fuses...but dont see any burned. My dimmer is all the way up.

Please help!...is my unit done? Is their a fuse i should looking @? Is there a wire to replace?

Any help or ideas would be appreciated!

I'll take this time to remind people to disconnect the battery when doing electrical... all it takes is a slight tap and your fuse is blown. Disconnecting the battery prevents this.

Anyway, yeah, you blew a fuse.
There's two fuse boxes in the battery compartment and one in the driver's kickpanel, find and replace the burnt-out one(s) in there.

Looks like you got in before the edit - it could be another fuse, you're going to just have to pull and check them all.
