Custom Amp Rack
I'm going to be building an amp rack for my trunk to hold my two amps (kenwood mono channel and infinity kappa 4). I'm wondering what ideas people have?
currently im deciding between one idea i just saw which was build a small shelf in front of the back seat so i can put stuff underneath it. but then it also gets them off the carpet and i could even leave the bottom open so they have pretty much free air on every side.
a second idea (more interesting) is to build a fan cooled enclosure that would look similiar in size/placement to the 1080 sub boxes. it would sit in front of the back sit but go fill the entire gap. cover the front in fabric and possibly plexi in front of the actual amps.
open to any suggestions/ideas/thoughts and would really like to see some more custom set ups (ive seen plenty of g35's but more is always better)
and yes i know i can just bolt them to the back of the seat but what fun is that
