Pretty much you need to check in the drivers's side footwell next to the spare tire. If there is a satellite plug there you can plug your iPod into your BOSE system.
Wrathernaut (Forum Mod) tells us that CAT, SAT, ETC. (Mine was actually satellite through hitting radio a 4th time... i.e. FM1, FM2, AM, SAT) are just a factory faceplate installed to vehicles regardless if they have it or not. Some G's have SAT and dont actually have satellite pre-wired (wtf!?).
Odds are because you have an '06, that you also have satellite and can run an ipod converter.
