Help a fellow Canadian to hook up my iPod :(

I desperately need to hook up my iPod or my phone into my 2006 g35 coupe! It's a Canadian car with the boss sound system I don't have a sat button on mine but has radio and CAT

Here is a picture of my trunk isn't that for the SAT hook up but it doesn't have satalite radio though ?

I believe what you're looking for is in the 3rd sticky of the main audio, video, and electronics page.

It is Pretty much you need to check in the drivers's side footwell next to the spare tire. If there is a satellite plug there you can plug your iPod into your BOSE system.

Wrathernaut (Forum Mod) tells us that CAT, SAT, ETC. (Mine was actually satellite through hitting radio a 4th time... i.e. FM1, FM2, AM, SAT) are just a factory faceplate installed to vehicles regardless if they have it or not. Some G's have SAT and dont actually have satellite pre-wired (wtf!?).

Odds are because you have an '06, that you also have satellite and can run an ipod converter.

Yep. All 06's will be pre-wired for satellite.

^ Read and take your pick. They're almost functionally identical, so it comes down to price.
