Long answer: Yes, but not plug & play. If you were to connect the wires directly from the GROM plug to their equivalent wires on the satellite adapter harness in the trunk, it should work fine, since the wires in the trunk are essentially just extended wires from the back of the radio with a different harness on them. The GROM does have some significant features over the PA15-INFI in terms of expanding it with bluetooth and such, so it may be worth doing the little bit of homework to do it.
Wrath..u seem to be knowledgable about the ausio adapters. Does the pa15-infi loose sound quality over the normal stereo??

All the audio sources on the radio essentially are just analog inputs to the internal (or external) amp on the factory system. The PA15-INFI, Grom and other similar adapters utilize one of these built-in inputs, so the only real degradation of sound quality is going to be due to noise received on the wires as they get to the factory radio, and the build quality of the adapters themselves. So no, you don't really have a loss of sound quality.Originally Posted by JKL1031

Now, the adapters that have to get converted or compressed, such as a cassette tape adapter (analog signal over wires converted to analog magnetic signal, then from magnetic back to analog electrical signal over wires to radio), bluetooth streaming adapter (digital compression to analog electrical signal to radio), wireless FM modulator (signal compression for the limitation of FM signals, noise from broadcast over the air, signal conversion to analog electrical signal over wires to radio), wired FM modulator (similar to wireless but without losses over broadcast over the air)....
So long story short, the PA15-INFI, Grom, and similar will be "CD quality" since they're using the same kind of signal path as the CD player. The FM modulators will be approximately FM quality with wired being as good as FM can possibly get and wireless being *maybe* a good FM signal quality. Cassette adapters will be cassette quality without the limitations of the physical media.
Thanks man. And lastly can u use the wheel buttons to skip track by track? Im thinking about mounting an ipod or something to the flat area of the upper console lid similar to the factory nav location and basically use it as a head unit?

The steering wheel button advances by folder, so if you are in playlist mode you skip to the next playlist. The other folders are artist, album, genre and all songs, it may skip to the next song in all songs mode but I haven't tried it.Originally Posted by JKL1031

Ive read some people get it to go track by track by messing with the program switches. Wrath are u saying the PA 15 only uses 3.5mm earphone jack?
