I want to know if anyone will do the Nav to DVD conversion to my car in Miami, FL and how much would it be. Any help would be great...

 

If you look at some past threads, I am sure you will see that people have just taken the car to a reputable car audio install shop and had thr work done there. Just ask around for shops willing to install the kit, and you will see that most of them are very capable.

There is nothing too difficult about the install... I would suggest you order your kit and just ask around (by taking the instructions for the install with you)... The install would normally take 1 ~ 2 hours for a good shop.
