Tweeters or mid speakers plus service engine soon light

So today I wired a chuchero. It's a box with 2 mid range speakers and 2 tweeters. I installed my amp kit and all that everything is perfect. For now I'm running the box from a aux cord to the amp. I want to use my stock radio for music basically connect it to my car speakers. I connected it to my rear speakers only to discover that they play literally bass only, the box isn't made at all for that. I'm wondering would it be a better option to run it from my tweeter or the midrange speaker? Is there any other way?

Also, my check engine soon light came on after my idiot friend bridge the negative and positive terminal by mistake, my body control module went out and my interior lights stopped working, I fixed that by taking off the positive for 5 mins. But the service engine soon light is still on.
