Ok... so i was installing new head lights and it was going great until i accidentally cut two cables when the battery was connected.... yes.. my dumb *** cut two lines when the positive is connected and i cant figure out what relay to replace or if i need new lights.

When i plug the car on the head lights work but not the Halo part or the extra little bubbles.

I also had to disconnect the relay from its port because the port itself wouldnt stop making a flickering sound...

Isn't that a relay? Try swapping the 2nd and 3rd ones. One is for the hi beams and the other the lo beams.

I switched them both off but the port where the relay plugs into keeps making a flickering sound and turns the lights off and on when the car isint even on.

You swapped the relays and it still does that? See if the right two are comparable and swap those. One is fuel pump relay and fog lamp. Just to see if it's a relay or IPDM problem.

Does the car work otherwise?

You could need a new/used IPDM.

Check all the fuses in there also just in case.
