03 G Bose unit to 06

sup,
new to g35s , just picked up a used 03 and it’s decent. Needs work to have the radio and ac working . I can’t find an 03 bose radio cassette unit , will an 06 non cassette radio be interchangeable?

If you swap the entire dashboard, it'll work, otherwise, no. The later '03s will wire up and have the radio work, but the climate controls aren't compatible.
