Hmm. Pretty difficult to troubleshoot issues like this. Whats the history? Old one was working and just stopped?

Get a cheap little speaker and hook it up directly to one of the speaker wires behind the head unit. See if u get any sound like that.

Front and rear cameras, tire pressure for all four tires can display on screen, folding side view mir
^^^
If you touch the speaker wires or the speaker itself with a AA or AAA 1.5v battery you should hear a sound from the speaker if the speaker is good

Touched a AAA battery to the speaker wire's and didn't make any sound. So I checked for power and there is no.power to the speakers in the back.

Touch the + and - of the AAA battery directly to the rear speakers on at a time. If the speakers are good you'll hear a click from each speaker.
Then trace the speaker connections thru the wiring harness's back to the amp
Also you could try a test speaker connected to the speaker output of the amp to confirm sound output from the amp

Use a tone generator and probe to find the open in the rear speaker wiring.
You can find those in the electrical dept of Home Depot
