2007 g35 coupe. Bluetooth will not stop trying to pair when I put the car in drive

I have never used the Bluetooth pairing feature on my 2007 G35 Coup. Suddenly as soon as I put the car in drive the telephone display comes on the stereo and it keep trying to pair with my phone. I have gone ahead and paired it, and it simply resets and tries to pair again. I have disconnected and reconnected the battery. Same issue, once you put the car in drive it keeps trying to pair no matter how many times you hit cancel on the dashboard. Has anyone had this issue, and where is the bluetooth located? I'd be happy to just unplug it since I never use it. I tried checking an online manual but it does not get into the stereo or bluetooth so I have no idea where I can unplug this connection.

I'm not sure you can simply unplug the telephone adaptor and expect the rest of the audio system to work. I don't know. But there is some telephone diagnostic mode info beginning on page 103 of that FSM. Hope that helps.
