2. Im assuming the box is sealed? not ported?
3. Since theres no sub out i gotta use a LOC, rite?
4. Will a w7 fit?
5. How hard does this hit? im currently running a 1000w rf amp and dual 12" rf power subs so i like hard hitting subs but i want something a little calmer in the g (but nothing too granny-ish)

2. The box is sealed.
3. You will need to use some type of signal step down converter. I recomend one from davidnavone.com
4. No, the W7 is too deep. The JL 10W6V2 is the largest sub that will work, and one of the best. The Rockford P3 will also work, I have it in my car.
5. The box with one 10" sub will not be as loud as your dual 12" set-up. It will be enough to shake mirrors. Ask around, the output of bass will suprise you.
With these enclosure specs, the 10W3-V2 will perform quite well with a JL 250/1 amplifier. A more affordable system compared to the 10W6 and 500/1 combo. Even a 10W0 properly powered will easily out perform the factory subwoofer.
