I guess I sorta am limited because my prebuilt amp rack fits JL slash series. I've had good experiences with them so I pretty much am limited to JL. Now speakers...I'm not limited to. I'm still trying to listen to more out there and still taking opinions on those...like Melissa is asking for.

 

If you're limited to the JL amps then thats cool, they're good amps. I would go out and listen to more speakers, listen to as many brands as you can and in different price ranges. Look at Boston, Diamond, Dynaudio, MB Quart, Morel and so on. There are many out there to listen to. One thing that might help you is look at what you listen to at home if you like them, go out and try to find something similar to those, or if the speakers you have at home have a car audio line then look at those.
