Good/Bad/Ugly? <double-din pic>
Looking for opinions...
I created this picture to see if I would like the looks of this Clarion HU in my car. I really like its iPod contol, but am not sure about the flip-up display.
In the picture the black circles simulate *****.

Is that Buddy Lee? that little guy shows up everywhere!
Thank you for all of your feedback.
The picture was taken from the installer's shop, so I don't know what the story is with the doll.
The left **** will be for base control, the center is an IR transmitter for steering wheel control, and the right **** will be a dummy **** for a balanced look.
Attached is a pic with my current setup. This is cleaner and I like the look better. The reason I am considering the flip-up is because it has excellent iPod control when open, but will still function closed and provides a one line display.
Here is another option for iPod integration. Check out the second attached picture of a lexus my installer made a custom iPod holder in the center console. iPod control is done through the iPod inplace, it keeps it charged and runs through the Aux input. He made it out of plexiglass.
What do you think of this for an iPod solution?
More pics of the lexus are at his site:
