yeah the manual just says dvd, cd, mp3, cdr, cdrw, jpg cd I think i'm going to return it anyhow...not sure what i'm going to do to replace it though. I checked out the Tview one, and it plays dvd-r and dvd+r but it's 7x7" so not sure if it will fit in the glove even with cutting the back out. I'm going to check out some 10 dvd changers...maybe put one in the trunk and be done with it. Not really wanting to do that tho, but we'll see.

OK, I finally did it...returned the half din and bought a personal dvd player that is 5.6" x 7" x 1.1". It should be small enough to fit in the lower glove (fingers crossed). I'll keep you all informed and hopefully get some pics up after installed with the tvandnav2go convertion and PAC audio. Here's a pic of dvd player I just bought:

Cool

Hi klwoods
Hope all is well. We are an audiovox dealer and the only problem you may have with the audiovox player is it may not play ALL home made dvd movies.
We used to sell the dvd audiovox changer and this was the biggest problem (copied movies). Let me know how you make out.
Thanks Dominic of www.TVandNav2go.co m

Ok, thanks for the heads up. I have an older audiovox dvd player that plays everything I put in it, even stuff my divx dvd house player won't play. I asked the girl I talked to when I ordered my navi converter kit from you about buying a dvd player and a pac audio and she said you didn't have what I was looking for. But then again, at that time I wasn't looking to get an audiovox or a personal dvd player, and was hoping to get a permanent mount half din, but that just didn't work out so this was plan B. Thanks again for the info and unit I can't wait to get it in already!

damn, you have those too Dominic? I know 100% for sure I asked the girl at your place on the phone when I ordered my navi unit about them because I bought my pac aainis about 10 mins later.

Otacon - I bought mine off ebay for like $84.00.

After reading this thread Im willing to buy a TVandNav Module too.
But I have two questions left on this. The first thing is that I dont know what the PAC Module does.Do I have to buy this one too?
I was also wondering from where the sound of the DVD Player comes to the screen (someone said that the TVandNav Module will only be plugged in the back of the screen).Do I need something else for sound playback of my aftermarket navigation and DVD Player??

These are my wishes:
I have a 2006 G35 Coupe with OEM Bose System and original Navigation (unfortunately this doesnt work in germany) .
So I want to install a aftermarket dvd player +navigation system and play everything on my oem screen (with sound)
