Custom Install of Aftermarket Nav

Hello all, I am new here and hope someone can give me some advice.

I have an 04 6MT with all the bells and whistles and some cools mods, but no nav. I wanted nav when I bought it, the car didn't have it, I bought it anyway because I wanted it, bla bla bla. Long story short, still want nav.

Anywhooooo...so I bought this Magellan Rodemate GPS from Costco that I'd like to install permanently, if it can be done in a way that doesn't look like an abortion. Has anyone installed this unit or a similar one in their G and if so do you have any pix? Do you know of anyone that does good custom work like this in the San Fernando Valley or Simi Valley/Thousand Oaks CA area? Or is it going to look like crap no matter how clean the installation and I should just forget it and drive around lost?

Thanks for your input.
