cigarette lighter question....

im drawing 12v/ground from there to a terminal strip to power some mod's and the units for navi conversion.....i was moving it around today to start hiding some fo my mods,a nd i somehow screwed up the power.....im wondering, did i blow a fuse maybe on the lighter? or maybe just loosend some of the wires inside....anyways i need to look into it tomoro in depth - but my main question is, are both cig ligthers in the coupe on the same fuse? or seperate?....the front cig lighter doesnt have power but the rear one does

They are on two separate buses, there is one fuse for the acc power, and one for the cig lighter, as listed on the fuse panel. At least thats my understanding, I might be wrong.

You should be fine....usually it doesn't blow because of your load....it blows if your try to connect the power (to the DVD player for example) while the keys are in the ignition at the accessory point or the car is on...that's a no no...always hook everything up (even if it's removable/portable) BEFORE turning the car on or supplying power...
