Making the Stock NAV play DVD Movies.

Took your idea of wiring so that we can play without the key being in... but i had them run all the units (PS2, secondary DVD/MP3/VCD player and BCT7 scanner) thru a master shut off. That way I can be sure that nothing is draining the battery should someone forget to shut something off - or should somthing in one of these units pull power in off mode (like an LED status light or something)

I don't own a G35, but if all goes well I will in the next few months. That laptop idea sounds pretty damn cool and I'm wondering... is the G35's ride smooth enough that you can watch a DVD from your laptop without it skipping when you go over a bump in the road etc.? Where do you put your laptop when you're driving?
