Hi my name Alberto, I work for a company that caters high end clientele for home theaters, the once you can see on MTV Cribs, because I like good audio I decided to have a system built in my car. I was referred to one of NY shop by one of our big clients. I will post new pictures every couple of days as I go to check for progress done on my car.

HEADUNIT ALPINE DVA-9861 THE RADIO IS NOT OUT YET HOPEFULLY IT WILL BE WHEN THE CAR IS FINISHED

iPOD INTERFACE KCE-422i

BLUETOOTH KCA-100BT

ORIGINAL NAVIGATION WILL SHOW VIDEO FROM HEADUNIT

FRONT CUSTOM MADE DOOR PANELS WITH DLS SPEAKERS IRIDIUM 8.3 3 WAY SYSTEM

REAR QUATER PANEL CUSTOMIZED TO FIT DLS MS6 2 WAY SYSTEM

REAR DECK WILL BE MADE OUT OF WOOD AND WILL HAVE DLS R964 2 WAY COAXIALS

TRUNK WILL HAVE 2 IRDUM SUBWOOFERS

THERE WILL BE 5 AMPS IN THE CAR DLS A3 4 PIECES AND 1 DLS A6

ALL WIRING AND RCA BY STREETWIRES

OPTIMA BATERY IN TE TRUNK WITH ISOLATOR

2 VISOR TV 6 INCH BY ICON-TV

10 ICH DROP DOWN FROM THE ROOF ICON-TV

AND SOME MORE LITTLE AND BIG THINGS THAT I CANT REMEBER.

WHOLE CAR WILL BE TREATED WITH DYNAMAT.

ROOF AND ALL GRAY PANEL WILL BE COVERED BY BLACK SUEDE

THEY CHARGED ME FOR EQUIPMENT AND LABOR $13000

That's a lot of heavy Dynamat. For a high end company and you using higher end products, I guess you don't care about the weight that is added on your car. I'm sure they can do something better to save weight with more innovative sound deadening materials than the heavy Dynamat. Hope things turn out the way you want, or better.

looks good so far man... where are you getting the work done in NY? i'm looking for options for a custom headliner and perhaps 1-2 visor monitors as well

I don't really know how much was the labor the price is for the whole job including parts, I have seen their previous jobs and I liked it.

Don't use Caps Lock.

Nice amps and speakers. Always knew those MS6 would fit somewhere... : )

That looks like the VMAX-type Dynamat, not the asphalt stuff.

I gotta say, they sold you WAY too many drivers just to fill holes. Your car would have sounded better with the Iridium set up front, the A series amps on that and the Iridium subs, and done. Either that, or with your budget, you should have gotten 5.1 surround.

The only thing I would second guess would be viewing video on the stock screen. That screen is ultra-low resolution to the point that maps look bad, let alone video.
