Boston Acoustics Z6 Components

Any have opinions on these speakers: BOSTON ACOUSTICS Z6 6.5" COMPONENT SPEAKERS

I like the Polk MOMO MMC6500's I have up front, but I am thinking of upgrading to the BA's. I had BA's in my 300ZXTT, and I really liked them. Different model, of course, since this was about 6 years ago.

I know the answer, of course, is to listen to them in person and see whether I like them or not; but before I pursue that, as these are rather high end speakers, I would like to get some subjective opinions on them.

I cant say ive heard them but on paper they sound awsome! im looking to get a pair to replace my blown dls ult. iridium comp.'s..though they are huge(!!!), the z6's will handle more power- if the specs are accurate(200-400watts). I'll let you know how they sound if i get them sooner than you. please let me know likewise...

Right now I have a JL 300/4 pushing my 4 speakers, 75 watts to each. If I do get the Z6's, I might dump the 300/4 and get a 450/4 which puts 150 into the 2 front channels, and 75 into each rear channel.

Not sure, though.

We'll see.
