Hopefully this weekend I can test out one of my of proposed solutions to selecting which mirror tilts. I've been pulled in all directions lately and haven't had much time to devote to this. It will happen, it will just take some time.

did you already explain why it couldn't just work like the audis? with the mirror selecetor? and if its in the middle it doesn't do anything? Or did you say something about the wiring being to complicated there?

That was discussed earlier, its because of the design of the OEM switch. All contacts are in the 'open' position inside the switch until you push it in the desired direction to actually move the mirror. If you send voltage to the wires of the switch nothing will happen, no matter if its in the L, C, or R position. Most reverse polarity motors have at least one leg that rests at ground when selected, and if that was the case it would most likely work, but since our wires rest at open its not going to be possible.

With it being Easter weekend and the fact that my car isn't exactly in my possession right now (its waiting on having the Utec tuned) I don't think I'll get anything done on it this weekend. I think I'm just going to make a generic +12vdc switched input for each side. That way, turn signals could possibly be used (if desired) or a switch could be added.

I can't speak on the price, but I can guesstimate that it will be somewhere in the middle of our current product line. I think I have everything figured out, just have to make the final decision on whether or not to go through with this plan.
