No, it will not override the factory safety reverse but I wouldn't exactly count on that to save you. Chances are slim that it would ever be a factor, but you never know.... Better safe than sorry.

Re: How about window roll-up via OEM remote ?

UPDATE:

Here's some pics of the module in its really ugly prototype stage. I've taken the driver's door trim panel off and found the wires that will work this baby! Again, no more than an hour of work for a half decent stereo installer. I need to tweak the timings a little bit and then it should be ready for production. I'm still loking for a PCB manufacturer to do the circuit boards though...

Hey there! Ya, updates.... things are looking like a GO. I'm going to be really busy at work over the next couple of weeks but will definitely keep the ball rolling on this. I have had some requests to add an Auto Lock function that is triggered by the ignition. I will likely add that to the board as well.

Will you be able to disable the auto lock option? I for one do not wan't that feature, if the sys will lock the doors if the ignition is on.

Yes, you will have the choice of whether or not you wish to have that feature. It will be an extra wire to hook up and if you don't hook it up, you won't get that feature.

I'm in. Hope it's not too much.

You can probably wire the sunroof using the same timed circuit to close the sunroof thru a simple relay, Maybe you can put a small swith in it so ppl can disable that feature when needed. That is the only option I would want for the sunroof so I don't have to stick the key in the ignition when I forget to close it.

Hi,
For my thats weird. My car do that form factory OEM. I will ask from the Dealer (Puerto Rico) because they do not tell me about it when I bought the car. I just press the open bottom for about 3+ second and the 2 front windows open.

Xattica

We all have that feature on our G's. What we are trying to do is make it go up when you press the lock button twice.

Hey Blitz that looks great. Any idea how much it will go for yet. If it's not too much I'm in..

Are you taking requests for any other mods?
I for one would love it if my passenger side mirror tilted down when I go In reverse and then back up when I'm done. My GF has it in her Acura and my bro has it in his bimmer and we all have to park on the street and watch our rims so they don't get scratched. Tell me what you think. Thanks

Yes, I have thought of that one too. One thing at a time though!
