Problem with TVandNAV2Go... Help.

Can you, or ANYone who knows, explain on here exactly how to install (in detail) the TVandNAV2Go unit? With or without pics, doesnt really matter. As long as it's in detail explaining each and every step.
I really dont have the time to call cuz of work and also since youre 2 hours ahead of me. when i do get a chance to call, youve already left for the day.

I have my video ipod connected to the TVnav unit and thats what i use for the video for now. But the thing is, theres lines that scroll down continuously when switched on. Also, i can faintly see the navigation's map behind the video being played. When i have the screen switched back to just the navigation, its perfectly normal. What could be the problem?

forgot to add... my video ipod is connected & charged with the XtremeMac iPod RoadShow .
The Red & White RCA is connected to a PAC AAI-NIS2, and the yellow RCA is connected to the TVNav2Go PnP Unit.
(...if this matters at all)

I would cut that lighter adapter and hard wire it so you dont have that big thing exposed.

Well the positive wire will be the one going straight through to the end of the plug, and the negative will be the one going to the outside of the connector.

i already have my V1 and TVNav2Go both tapped into the cig lighter's 12v remote wire. Would it make a difference if i once again tapped the cig lighter wire? Not too sure if thats bad or not.
are there even any other 12v remote wires i can tap into in that same area? or maybe behind the glove compartment?
i have an '05 with the Bose btw.

F**K. I dont know HOW the hell this happened, but now theres no audio when i play the ipod and it doesnt charge either.

alright so i attempted to hardwire the Roadshow. When i cut the charger part off, inside there were just two separate wires, red and black. Connected the red to a fuse to 12v remote, and black to ground. Tested it.... didnt work. Checked all the connections... they were good. Took the fuse off and tried connecting the red directly to 12v remote... still didnt work.
Then decided to just put everything back the way it was before. I simply just reconnected the red & black wires to the charging part's red & black.
Now the little light on the Roadshow charger comes on, but thats about it. Someone PLEASE HELP. This car stuff is pretty DAMN frustrating... and depressing.

You figure this out yet? It should have been a simple hookup? Did you try a different ground/power location?
