Did I blow my speakers?

I have 2 10 inch Infinity Kappa's with an Infinity 610a amp with 4 gauge wires powering it. I've been running this setup for over a month with no problems. Bought them from another member and the bass was hitting hard and clean when I first had it. Input levels and Boost levels on the amp were turned down very low because I hate all that car rattling. Also the bass settings on the stock HU was turned on the lowest settings so I haven't been abusing it. Both of the woofers doesn't hit as hard anymore and it sounds as if its a tin can rattling. I've been experimenting on the amp to see if it would help the rattle but to no avail. I'm an audio newb so please help someone out. If it can be fixed then how would I do it. If it can't then could I possibly swap out the woofers for some w3's without much trouble?

Take the drivers out of their enclosure. Hook them up to a 9V battery. Do they move?

Gently apply pressure on the cone. Does it move freely?

Give us some details!!!!!
