Does anyone know if this will work with an 06 that does NOT have SAT? I have the 6 disc in-dash changer. I installed an FM-mod and am not happy with it.

the USA Spec PA11-NIS will work. I have the G35X base (without XM, etc.) and it works great. I ran the connector through the back of the empty nav box without any problems.

Basically you get two CD Changer stations instead of the one you use now.
The second CD station is your new spec ipod connection.

Just wanted to confirm if you can still use your CD changer if you plug in the USA Spec PA11-NIS? The information on the cardomain website says you will have to disconnect the existing CD changer:
