I think it looks 1000x times better than the stock aluminum crap they have on there

^That looks kick-butt on the black interior!

I'm going to do my door handels, locks, and sterring wheel trim soon. That will basically eliminate the "stock aluminum crap" as you say (I'm not a fan either)

That looks pretty good. I think i will give it a shot. What kind of paint did you use? Did you use the same paint thats shown at the begining of this thread?

^Same paint, same prep.
Actually, on the center console, the OEM finish is such crap that you can wipe it down with some 91% Isopropyl Alcohol and it will start taking the finish off
But go ahead and sand it anyway.

I'm not really sure. I thought about it, but when you sand the grill, it usually doesn't remove all the "chrome" just scuff it a lot, so I'm not sure if it would stick properly.
I used a different paint on my grill because I wanted it to be the same paint as my wheels (and eventually headlights)

^I don't like the MOMO all that much. I mean it's fine on other people's ride, but not what I want.
I'm getting the black M45 shift **** when I can afford it.
