I priced out getting my springs installed and every shop around here wanted between $250 and $300. I just followed the DIY instructions found in a thread here and did it myself. https://g35driver.com/forums/showthr...ght=cotter+pin

Since most cars should be aligned every 6 months one should know the various multidozens of alignment places in their locations and who does quality work for a reasonable price. Obviously labor cost vary around the world and across the US [usually $60-$100 for a quality 4 wheel thrust alignment]........obviously SanFran/Manhattan is more expensive than Mississippi.
Twice annual PRECISION alignments help prolong tire life and show you the progressive decline in rubber component stiffness allowing you to budget replacements at a suitable time.

If you can find a good shop that does lifetime alignment's go for it, it's well worth the extra money up front. As Q45tech said, alignment should be done every 6 months or 6k miles.
