what should i replace stock brakes with?

OK. i have 25k miles on the brakes on my '05 sedan, and they are squealing in the early morning, like i see others are dealing with. pads have some life left, but i want to replace them with something better, and less noise.

can you guys recommend some quality pads/rotors, that will stay quiet, and offer good brake response? i'm no racer, but i do get on it from time to time, and want to be sure they stop when needed.

i'm guessing replacing the rotors and pads, is the best way to go at this point. why do one now and the other later, since they have to have it apart either way, right?

thanks

Don't get Axxis Ulimates then. I ran those on the street for 8 months and they kept making noise. I downgraded to Axxis Deluxe Plus and PosiQuiets now which doesn't have the initial bite or fade resistance, but they don't coat my rims with black crap and stay quiet on the street.

upgrading the braking lines will make a huge difference. bbk are for look/track use mainly.

upgrade your lines and pads. i plan on stoptech stainless steel brake lines with endless pads
