Tein CS Coilovers? Any owners on here?

I am thinking about getting a set of these to make my car ride a little softer for daily driving but I still want to have a good, high performance suspension for those occasional mountain runs.

Right now I have H&R springs (1.2/1.0) and the oem sport struts.

Does anyone on here have the CS?

What do you think of them?

Thanks

I have them on my 04 Coupe for about a year now.

In terms of comfort & overall performance they are great. However I'm pretty sure the H&R springs you have will perform better when pushed hard, especially on the track. These are definitely for cruising & comfort, the adjustable height is great! If you don't have EDFC, you cannot adjust your dampening in the rear....a real pain as you can't access the top of shock from inside!

I would not recommend them because of the rattle noises (in the rear for mine) that will not go away. If you do a search, I think it's a hit & miss. Some have rattles & squeaks, others don't. I'm battling a creaking/squeaking issue now too, only during the rain or when I spray a hose into the rear suspension. Driving me crazy, I'm hoping to get fixed very soon when I find out the specific problem.

Good luck with your choice!

P.S. If your willing to spend some extra $$, I would consider HKS. If I had to do it all over again, that would be my choice.
