I'm getting a similar setup installed tomorrow. Same pads, but rotors (slotted & cross drilled) are Rotora not Stoptech. Keeping the OEM rotors in the back...just adding the Hawk HP pads.

I'll share my thoughts.

DG35Cpe,
Mind me asking where you purchased your rotors and pads. I'm considering a similar setup. thanks!

No, I don't have Brembo Brakes. Here's my ride...
03 Pearl White Coupe, Automatic, Eibach Pro-Kit Springs,
19x9F 19x10 Piaa Super Rozza Wheels

I had the parts installed on Saturday at my local Infiniti Dealer for $210 (fronts only). I'm happy with them so far (only been on about 2 days). My first impression is that they are not as touchy as before. If I gave up any stopping distance it was slight. As it stands now...if they throw less dust and last more than 20K miles I'm a happy dude.

just an update, i got my pads and rotors installed and the brakes feel good, more stopping power than stock but as of now a light humming noise under certain braking. nothing that is too annoying or loud and maybe it will go away. either way i think its a good setup and would recommend it.

Hawk HPS pads suck a$$. They feel like they have less bite then the stock pads. Id run NISMO, Endless, or Project Mu.

i have noticed initial bite not as strong but i am getting use to it. down the road may try something else but they are fine for now. they do bite pretty well when traveling at high speeds and hitting the brakes though, saved me from a speeding ticket earlier today.
