Yes, most of the braking happens up front due to weight transfer, but the rear brakes are still very important in the braking performance of the car. If the rears didn't do much, then those pads would last forever, and mine certainly are fairly well worn at 17.5k miles. If you were able to somehow disconnect the rear brakes, you would notice a huge difference. My guess is stopping distances would increase by 30-50%.

Also did you say that kit is a 355mm? It looks like a 332mm to me. Most of the 355's I've seen on oem 19's don't have much room.
Yes those are 355mm rotor.

I am not saying the rear brakes are totally useless.
But it's not as important as the front ones.

Hey, it's your car, but personally I wouldn't put any BBK on my car without knowing the impact on OEM brake bias, regardless of how good it looked.

+1. There is no guarantee of increased performance, and a very good chance that braking performance was degraded by using a front only BBK that shifted brake bias by any significant amount. There is a reason why braking bias was setup by the infiniti engineers in such a way. Likely what is being felt as "braking better than the stock brakes" is really just a shift in the lockup point due to the increase front brake torque, but this certainly doesn't equate to better brake performance since the stock system already easily locks up the brakes. Only real world testing such as that which is performed by the likes of stoptech can determine if braking performance was actually better.
