Thanks. And I have to give credit to an old thread I read on here. Or it might have been on another G35 forum. At any rate, it explained the whole upper spring mount cutting issue.

I am debating whether or not to do the fronts with the Teins--the Z springs definately dropped the front.

I'll be installing the H Tech rears this weekend or next.
Once the rears are in, I'll see how the car looks. If it looks good, I'll leave the Z springs up front since they ride quite well and dropped the car nicely.
I'll let you know and take before and after pics.

1.) No, its is not a oem 350z spring swap. These are the Tein 350z H-Tech lowering springs.
2.) OEM 350z spring are lower a little and are a little firmer
Tein 350z H-Tech spring are lower about 1'' and even more firm.

Wow, that is pretty weird. Some of you guys dont seem to get too nice of a drop with the 350 Z H Techs. I think I must be lucky. I havent been able to take pics, but as soon as I can i will. My 350 Z H Techs gave my car an awsome drop, at least I think so, and even though it has only been 4 days you can definitely see nice drop in both front and rear, and thats without them settled. It might be the stock 19's, dont know, but it definitely looks really good. Will have to see how they look when they settle and when i put the 20's on. By the way, there is no way that it could go below an inch right? Dont want to do camber work, and it definitely looks pretty low.

hey jdmeg 21. how many fingers can u put in between the gaps for front and rear? I just installed some lo profile tires like yours with the stock suspension and I can put 4 finger inbetween
. I hope its 2 fingers or less. My gap looks HUGE.
