bleed and bleed and bleed. After I did mine it took several more bleeds to get it just right. I also had my rotors turned. Just an old habit for me but something to consider. Use a higher grade brake fluid such as DOT4 or even better, Motul 600 (equivalent to DOT 5.
If you have to remove more than two bolts on each wheel to pull the pads off, you are screwing up.

Not sure if you guys heard, but Infiniti just released a statement saying they'll cover all brake maintenance and repairs for three years including rotors, pads, etc... I am not sure if you have aftermarket brake components or are going that way, but if not you may want to contact your dealer and take advantage. I got my letter in the mail last week.
