Suspension Problem...
Im not sure whats going on, but when ever I go over a bump or anything on the freeway it feels like my back end is jerking. I changed the springs myself about 1 1/2 weeks ago, ever since then its been doing it.I was driving down the freeway with my friend following me and he said that my tire was wobbling and it looked like it was going to fall off? DO any of you guys know what it could be? Maybe i left a loose bolt somewhere? Im not sure what it is, but it seems to be getting worse. I got an alignment like 3 days ago, and it didnt really help, in regards to the jerk/wobble in the back end..

Hopefully its nothing major..check your lugs
how many miles/year?
If the tire wobbles that much, either the wheel is extremly bent/warped, there is something loose, or the bearing is extremely worn out. I'm willing to bet that something is loose.

What kind of springs did you put in?
when you did the rear springs, you dropped the swing arm - did you keep the torsion bar aligned. the correct procedure is to mark the torsion bar and then retighten in same position (not sure if i got thr right terminology here, it's either the torsion bar or swing arm brace - dont recall exactly)? your rear alignment may be way out of wack?
Also, check to make sure the springs are seated properly. they must sit in the spring seat (swing arm) properly.
Also, check your wheel nuts - did you cross-thread some nuts - so they appear tight but are not? look and see if the nuts are all the same depth.
Did you tighten the wheels off the ground, then retighten on the ground? if you just slammed it to the ground then tightened, you may have some loose nuts. Jack it up and retorque the nuts.
My vote is rear alignment.

rear suspension
I think it was either object 20 or 21 on the diagrams (Front lower link, or radius rod). there was a DIY that indicated you should mark these before you drop them, so you can retighten it in the same position.
I am not sure, but if these are way, way out of whack, it might cause severe alignment problems? Eithert way, get a good alignment (make sure they do the rear, not just front).
