is the rust on the actual center of the disc (near the hub)? kind of like ATL's? where the wheels would make contact with the rotor? if so, then that "circle" should be okay. the wheel will leave a mark on the hub portion of the rotor (keep in mind each bolt is torqued to 80-85 ft-lbs).

Where did you guys pick up the Endless VN pads? I've been looking for better pads than the hawk hps and I saw people refer to Endless and Project Mu pads. Care to point me in the right direction

hehe that circle really does make it look trashy. I got chrome rims so you see nice shiny chrome then RUSTTTTTTT. Hmm i think calling stoptech would be the smart thing to do about now. Well see what the sponsor has to say.

I'm thinkin of moving in this direction as well. I don't understand why the rotors are rusting if there should be a zinc coating...unless they weren't coated at all

These rotors actually are better than oem rotors in regards to stopping

?????????????

Rotor just support the thin brake compound transfer film which creates the friction as cast iron alone just has a friction coefficient of 0.30 or slightly less.

isnt rust on rotors normal? My oME rotors rust when they have water on them, or they turn a orange color as soon as you move and apply the brakes its fine again....

Yes but theres parts on these rotors that the break pads don't even touch. So only way to get off the rust its probably with a metal brush,

I got slotted STOPOTECH rotors and they do same.
I was washing the car yesterday and they became very much orange. But that was just for a brief second. Everything came right off as soon as I applied the brakes. But they do rust fast, even stock rotors did not rust that fast, but then stock rotors did not stop the car as fast either.
