Trouble w/ RacingBrake install

I finally got around to installing my rear OE caliper BBK for my 03 sedan today. I've already installed the front kit a few months back, but I ran into some trouble w/ the rears. One of the caliper pins does not fit into the caliper bracket provided by RacingBrake and the other pin does. I tried calling around to a few part shops and nobody carries the pins. I got ahold of a dealership in the area and they won't sell a caliper pin unless I buy a whole new caliper!

I submitted an inquiry to racingbrake.com, but until they respond has anyone else had similar problems? Any suggestions?

I located some replacement pins at a local parts store that fit the RacingBrake bracket, so I should be finishing the rears whenever I can find the time. After emailing w/ RB I still don't know why one of the pins fit and the other did not. Anyway, thought I'd post a response in case someone had a similar issue.

I assume this is for the caliper extender kit? If so, the tolerances are REALLY TIGHT because the caliper extenders are painted. Did you have problem with the thread of the slider pin? When I installed mine in the rear, what I had to do is actually thread on the pins before installing the bracket so it will scrub off of the paint on the caliper, and everything went on pretty smoothly.

The fronts were their 4 piston kit so no problems there.

I had the same issue, on mine. On mine it was actually too much powder coat in the hole "not masked properly". We cleaned it out with a deburring knife, no problem.
