For instance, so you really need an apples to apples comparison to make that call. I have no good information on any other brake setup, so I can't sit here and tell you that one company is better than another, but if you're looking for brake performance data, you should really get it from the people who know what they're talking about. You wouldn't ask your doctor how to fix your car, or ask your mechanic about what medication to take, so you might not want to get information from just anyone.
I'm not going to full out track this car so swaping pads between every track event is a little crazy and I have no intentions of doing some NON STOP back to back attacks at a track (for now anyways) so I'm looking for a kit that'll hold up under light useage but more importantly be streetable. Yeah I can put softer pads on a track BBK but I'm just going to be buying pads with every other oil change.. Also why I listed which manufacture offers a track set and a street set. I'm reading reviews from members/forums with people who drive their cars to the track do some fun runs and take it work the next day.
actually I think what I'm looking for is what the majority of the guys are looking for.

Its easier to go with a track setup and use a street pad for all around use rather than the other way around. IMO, you can't beat the stoptech setup for all around performance, looks, show "bling." Sure its not going to get as much of a wow factor as a project mu setup, but it'll hold its own at a show and likely perform better on both the street and the track. The most popular kits are usually the ones that meet the most people's needs. Stoptech seems to fit that bill.
