Time for some new suspension parts

So I've had Hotchkis sways for about 2 years now and haven't had any problems yet. The last couple weeks i've noticed that the car feels a bit funny and that sometimes theres strange noises from the back of the car. I finally got a chance to put the car up on stands tonight and here's what i found.......

I have had the front on medium and rears on stiff the entire time. Anyone else w/ hotchkis have this happen? I examined the axle and it seemed like it was rubbing on the link a bit, but nothing looked serious. Also, does anyone know if the part number of the mounting bracket and link shown in the picture above and are they the same for both left and right side of the car?

You must have noticed some serious handling problems! Good luck with the repairs.

Ok, got this piece replaced and I'm running fine for the time being. I noticed tonight some wierd sounds coming from behind the car so I put it up again to find that now the other side sway bar mount is now snapped. WTF!? It has only been one week and I've been only driving to and from work. Anyone ever have this problem?
