IS IT A GOOD IDEA TO "JUST" UPGRADE THE PADS AND ROTORS
OR
DO CALIPERS AS WELL .??
IM CURRENTLY STOCK ON MY 03 SEDAN ...

I recommend Hawk HPS pads. I run them on my 2004 sedan. Braking is excellent, virtually no dust. I had the dealer replace pads/rotors the first time but they kept dusting. The second time I used the Hawk pads with the stock rotors and am very pleased.
I have not had the issues others have with lack of braking when they are cold or wet.

That definitely wouldn't be a bad set up. I am currently running the Racing Brake OE BBK, front and rear, with Hawk pads. Definite improvement. I will be going to stainless lines this fall, and possibly the 4 piston calipers. The advantage here is you can get the OE BBK, and upgrade the calipers later if you want. Racing Brake also offers 6 piston front, and 2 or 4 piston rears.

Remember that stainless/braided lines only improve brake feel, not performance.
Also, performance brakes wear out quicker, just like performance tires. That's the nature of the beast. BMWs, Benz's, Vette's, Evo's, STI's, etc go through brakes quickly too.
If you don't want to spend the money for Nissan rotors, you can buy Brembo blank rotors for about 2/3rd's the cost.
