Problem with Brakes?? VDC Slip and breaks Pulsate Please Help

well guys i seem to have two problems with my car!

well when i start it and drive off and then apply the brakes my brakes pulsate and then the the slip light and vdc turn on? its like the car does the abs self check and then goes haywire meaning my front brakes pulsate like crazy when i tap them until the vdc off shows up? has anyone heard of this before? could it be because of my brake pads being low?

also my second problem is that my driver side window auto pinch feature is messed up meaning it goes up but then comes back down when i hit auto up... how do you reprogram the window again if someone can help me out

thanks alot guys

Same thing happened with my window. I took it to the dealer and they said they had to replace the window motor. Not sure if all that was needed, but they repaired it for free. So oh well.

As for the brakes, i'm not sure. I don't have the stock brake system.

I also never drive with the VDC on :P

Hope you can figure this out, sounds pretty damn annoying.

I am having the same problem. In reverse my VDC and slip doesn't come on but as soon as I get going about 5-10 mph in drive the front brakes lock up and then unlock and the slip light and VDC off light comes on.

I just installed headers and a borla exhaust. Does the car being jacked up have anything to do with it?

derek321, your brake pads bieng low could cause the lights to come on due to low fluid level. The vibration could be due to warped rotors.

guys,

i have the same problem as derek in a way.

i'll be traveling down the road and if i'm making a turn, the car will suddenly jerk and my slip light will go on. the car almost feels like it's lunging forward in a way and i didn't even do anything wrong. it worries me that my car is losing traction at such a low speed turn for the VDC to kick in to compensate. btw, this turn is a freeway onramp and i wasn't taking it more than 15-20 mph.

also, when i brake at a stop light, my steering wheel will jerk all over the place making it a hard time to control the car. i have no idea wtf is going on. any ideas guys?
