All You Tein Basic Peeps Chime In

I just got mine instaled, there not as stiff as I thought they would have been.

But basically, My rears, as the guy told me, where as slamed as they get wich is just to the tire. Is this true? Also, im rubbing on turns and what not, what do you all do about this, do you get your fenders roled? my wheels are 19*10.5 et15 in the back

where do you live? mine are still as hell. SoCal roads suck, and I get tossed around everywhere I go.

I was dropped 1 in in the back and had 1 finger gap. If I went all the way down, i'm sure my tires would be up in the wheel well. I even raised it .25" and i'm still rubbing my 20s.

the rears only drop 1.2" max. as for the rubbing, with 10.5 width and +15 offsets, you definitely have to roll or cut your fenders.

i like my basics. i wouldnt say they are super stiff. they are 9kg springs.
you will definately needto roll your fenders with that offset. more importantly though what tire size are you running?

when i orginally dropped mine, i had it all the way maxed out in the rear, and had about 1 finger gap or alittle less. the fender was sitting just about at the tire.

i now have the collars taken off and its tucking tire, and looks great.

i had the oem sport suspension so transitioning over to the basics wasnt too big of a difference. it was a little stiffer but great for a dd imo. only reason why i would want to swap out the basics is to go lower

I have 275 35 in the rear, Whats happening oddly enough is that the passenger side is lower than the driver, the driver is around that half finger area while the passenger is tucking the tire a tad. Im going to bring it in and have them raise the low side up, it rubs like crazy on left turns!
