Tire sizes?

Can 245/45/18 tires fit onto the stock 2004 G35 coupe rims? I know that the G35 comes with 225/45/18 on the front and 245/45/18 on the rear. But can the 245/45/18 fit on the front with no issues?

It can physically fit, but will look retarded. Why would you want to put that size on the front?
