^^ you should've at least gotten the Z H-techs, the spring rates are higher and closer to the OEM sports suspension springs. when I got my Z H-techs, the ride hardly changed at all

Quote: rotating? do you have non-directional tires or do you mean having tires taken off rims and switched side to side? too much work, cost and chance of damage to rims to be worth it. just get a camber kit and be done with it.
i think you may have confused more people with your clarification, but point taken on running the risk of damaging your wheels in the process.

for those interested in having your tires demounted, moved to the other side of the car, remounted and reinstalled, it should cost you less than 100 bucks. a shop in socal quoted me 60 and per some other folks on the forum say it can be done for as little as $20-40.

in any event, i think he's better off getting the front camber arms and doing it the right way

Quote: Yea...the caster is really important to adjust..and if you have a miracle way of adjusting it without a camber kit...be my guest!

TANABE SPRINGS, SPC CAMBER KITS ALL DAAAA WAAAAAAAAAAY. I been through 3 different springs, H&R, TEIN, NOW TANABE and im sticking with it. But besides that, Option 1 all the way, i use to have H-Techs, wasnt low enough for me, S-Techs too low.

Well I just decided to stick with the 350z H-techs..did the springmount mod today after a few problems, and I'm THROUGH with suspension for awhile..

btw.. since I jacked up the car will it take a couple days for the springs to settle back to where they were? I cut 1/2" on the springmount but apparently it dropped only about 1/4"
I was expecting to see immediate results so I can be satisfied with the work, but I'll be pretty disappointed if it stays the same :/

Anyways thanks everyone for all the votes and advice

yea...all you can do is set the toe and let it go on these cars, unless you put on kits.

Quote: I thought the tires were directional tires so can't swap them???

Anyways, I'm riding on 350z Tein H Techs and my rears are in spec but my fronts are ever so slightly cambered....I just live without the camber kit.

If you have the G35 H Techs though, I heard they give you an extra .3" drop over the 350z H Techs....camber kit could be a necessity.

Is this true? I thought the 350z H-techs had a lower drop then the G35 h-techs?

You are correct - the other guy is mistaken.

If you want better spring rates I would get some RS*R Down 350Z springs instead of the Tein S Techs...
