Kicking myself again..

So a month or so ago I had TEIN H-techs installed along with the SPC rear camber kit..
and now I'm realizing I should've gone with the S-techs.. -__-

My main concern is the necessity of the FRONT camber kit. I know ideally I should get it, but how necessary is it for normal driving?

SO
1) Keep the H-techs and spend the extra $200 on other mods
2) Swap to S-techs and dont bother with the FRONT camber kit

Sorry mods if this should be in the suspension forum, but I just thought it was more of a general opinions matter more than technical. Also sorry this subject has been beaten to death.

Even with H-techs, camber arms would be ideal, I am on h-techs and I had a great alighment done, and I still get feathering on the front tires. The S-techs IMO definetly need camber arms front and rear

go with option 1 - and by other mods, i mean you should get the front camber arms. they are a necessity if you don't want to replace your tires early / have them swapped side to side every few months.

If your tires are feathering, you have toe issues homie. Im on my 350Z S-Techs, and my front is pretty dumped. I only have a 1 finger gap. I got mine aligned, and only my camber is off. Everything else, is back in spec. Ill be rotating my fronts every 6 months or so, since I dont drive much.

you mean take tires off the rims and switch to other side. most tires for G are directional and the wheels can not be "swapped" side to side. just posted for clarity in case someone thought you could do this.

rotating? do you have non-directional tires or do you mean having tires taken off rims and switched side to side? too much work, cost and chance of damage to rims to be worth it. just get a camber kit and be done with it.

I think he means dismounting the tires and swapping sides.......Even the Infiniti dealers do that if you want as part of their services......

I thought the tires were directional tires so can't swap them???

Anyways, I'm riding on 350z Tein H Techs and my rears are in spec but my fronts are ever so slightly cambered....I just live without the camber kit.

If you have the G35 H Techs though, I heard they give you an extra .3" drop over the 350z H Techs....camber kit could be a necessity.

I'd save up and get a full suspension

You can't rotate directional tires unless you remount them...
Say your driver's side front tire wears on the inside but the outside is fine, if you take the tire off, turn it around, remount the tire, then mount the wheel on the other side, you just extended your tire life.

Get the front camber kits and either Tein basics or flex coilovers...you'll end up getting them anyway...this way you wont have to make another thread like this one.

a slight camber is not that big of a deal, just get the toe and caster spot on.

Yea...the caster is really important to adjust..and if you have a miracle way of adjusting it without a camber kit...be my guest!

So...get the camber kit......

I got G35 H-Techs on SPC Front and Rear camber kit. Alignment is great but very dissapointed with the ride quality of the Tein. I should have gotten the Eibachs.
