well... i really dont want to do it, but i need to lower my car again. im currently running the 350z unrevised suspension.

my options

TEIN s-tech 2.0F 1.3R
Eibach sportlines 1.6F 1.6R
Tanabe GF 1.5F 0.9R

I have no desire to do coilovers, although i know it will give me the ultimate in height adjustment.

 

The Tanabe is going to give you the least amount of camber issue. I'm assuming if you aren't considering coilovers then price is an issue. If that's the case then you don't want to do a camber kit either. Even with a 1.5 drop in the front, I don't think you're going to get to spec on the alignment. Good luck and post your pics with the new drop.

Save your money and get the coilovers. If you're considering a second drop, chances are you still won't be satisfied till you get exactly what you really want. Tein Basics are less than 1K and will give you the height adjustability you want.

If you care about the wear on the tires, just about anything beyond 1" will require a camber kit to get back/close to OEM.

 

Tein 350z h-tech will get you 1.28 front/1.16 rear.

 

350z h-techs might give you the rear looks lower than the front look. Also look into H&R springs. Maybe run some d-specs to tighten it up some.

Btw what are those wheels and specs.

+1 on the Basics. I think you'll be happy with the results. JCS Speed had the best prices on Tein Basics. I'd do the camber kit install while you're at it. In the long run it will save on irregular tire wear after the drop. Like the old commercial said, "You can pay me now or pay me later". It might be more money than you want to spend up front but worth it later. You can get the Basics and SPC kit for about $1300.00 for the parts.

 

I have the 350z S-Techs on my sedan now. The rear is dropped way too much compared to the front. The front sropped some, but the rear is tucked. That's why I'm looking for other springs.

As far a coilovers go, I have a set of BC Racing BR coilovers on my coupe and they are a great deal for the money. There's a company on my350z.com selling them for $999.

Another good option noted by Gilley. I think MSRP is between $1150-1200 and they are fully adjustable dampners.

 

im not sure id like to keep my G. if i put a set of springs on it, i probably will just leave them in when i sell it. now, if i decided to do coilovers id go with a set of Tien basics. i see them for cheap all the time, but i really dont want to take the suspension apart again. i definately wont want to leave coilovers in the car when i trade it.

The wheels are Lorenzo 1 piece Forged wheels. 20x8.5 +38mm offset with 225/35/20. I need to go with a 245/35/20 since the tires have a little stretch on the wheel.

 

Those rims look better than the OEM 19" you were going buy from me

Get the Tanabe springs.

 

I ended up with a set of coupe 19s as well.
