Question Sport suspension vs non sport

Do the springs on the OEM sport suspension lower the car any from the non sport? Or are the spring rates just different?

Yup just different spring rates. I'm very happy with the OEM sport suspension. Much tighter than the non sport.

not sure if 05-06 non sport suspension is different from sport as far as ride hight, but the 03-04 suspension is lower then the 05 - 06 sport suspension. If i remember correctly my 05 with sports sits higher by 1 inch then the 03 with non sport.

*update*
thanks to all for the help. put the washers in and so far no rubbing or any touching.

One thing i did notice is that the washers only went on the lower 2 bolts. With the washer being on the top bolt, the bar would not go on and the lower 2 bolts had no threads to grab on.

Has anyone else had the same issue?

Just put 05 sedan sport springs on my 05 G35x. The height was lowered by 1". Not a huge difference in ride but less body roll. I am curious to know how far down a G35x's can go before needing a camber kit. No definite answer after searching through tons of discussion chains.
