I would go with 350z h-techs and a springmount mod. Thats what I run, and I only have a rear camber kit. Drop is noticeable enough for me, but not too low that I scrape everywhere. The camber wear is also not too bad

I personally wouldn't even bother installing g35 h-techs, the springrates are way too soft and the drop isn't even noticeable. Go with at least 350z h-techs, most consider that the minimum amount of drop necessary for these cars

I plan on going with the 350z H-Techs. A lil drop is good enough for me. Also I plan on running DUBs on my car once its time to go rim shopping.

What does the springmount mod do? And do you NEED a camber with 350z h techs? Once again, i dont want a slammed car but i want people to be able to say, oh that car is dropped a little bit and i want it to look somewhat aggresive.

Thanks for you help.

^ the springmount mod allows you to lower the rear of the coupe up to an extra 3/4". this is accomplished by cutting down the rubber bump stop that the spring rests against. if you take off your wheel, you'll see that there's a conical, rubber thing at the top of the spring - this is the spring mount. you can lower the car a bit more by shaving a bit off the top.

you should at least get a rear camber kit with z htechs, especially if you do the springmount mod.

wait a week or two to let the springs settle. they don't settle much, but the geometry changes enough to make getting an alignment right away pretty useless.

firestone does a lifetime alignment deal which is pretty useful. +/- $129 and you can get alignments done anytime.

Will htechs with a rear camber be a good enough drop? without the springmount mod? Will it be noticeable?

a "good" drop is a matter of personal taste. however, i would definitely recommend doing the springmount mod if you're going with zhtechs. it will be noticably lower, but not too low

Well what is the benefit of a springmod over just getting S-Techs with a rear camber?

stechs drop lower than htechs + springmount mod. its all a matter of personal taste.

btw, having a rear camber kit does not affect how low the car sits. its just to adjust your alignment / camber.

Do you think that a rear camber for some S-Techs would be sufficient in reducing tire wear or will i need front too? Also spending less money would be nice =)

from what i've read on the forums you should get a front kit if you're going with S-techs. i have z htechs so I can't speak from experience.

Hey SBeck, check out this thread to help you out in your final decision. I think one of those guys is running Super Rozzas + S-techs, too.
