G 35 Coupe Alignment

I installed 350z Tein h-tech springs on my 04 g 35 coupe.

I took the car to Les Schwab and told them I wanted to see if they could reduce the negative camber and get the spec's closer to stock. He didn't seem really knowledgable and didn't really want to do anything. Saying he might need a special tool. Is this guy just a retard, or should I take it some a tire shop that has a laser alignment system? Our cars don't require anything special do they?

I rember reading that with these springs, we should be able to get our negative camber to a resonable level without adding aftermarket hardware. Am I correct?

The front camber is not adjustable at all so they will not be able to adjust it to specs, and what the heck are tanabe h-tech springs?

Sorry, I have Tein H tech springs.

FL FR
My current alignment is -1.6 Camber -1.4 Camber

BL BR

-2.7 Camber -2.3 Camber

So if only the back is adjustable, what should it be changed to that would be acceptable?
