I took out one of the stock G strut mounts to compare. The Z ones and the G ones look diff but the bump stop and "washer" thickness are identical. So I just used the ones that came with the struts (Z strut mounts). They went in fine and I adjusted the Konis 1.5 turns of out of 3. So 1/2. The shock stud that sticks out comes C L O S E to the Richie strut bar mount. Real close. I might have to fab a custom adjuster to get at it w/o taking out the strut bar mounts every time.
Fronts are done. Now on to the backs.

Just got done. I left the rears adjusted as is. Seemed stiffer than stock but not that much more. Decent place to start anyway.

Yes, 8:00 to 12:30. Not too bad for not doing a G35 before, having to go "wtf" on the Koni fronts and generally funbling around. Oh and that time includes putting the car down and putting the tools away.
Question is how is tito doing? I saw him ask about a bolt so I think he's doing something funky. haha

Got a rattle front left. Any common cuprits?
But damn, the handling is night/day from the non-sport G sedan. Definately firmer. Not too bad. I'd say it's comparable to an E39 M3 that I drove. Handles REAL good now.
I might take the front Konis down to 1 turn from soft vs the 1.5 it's at now.
Didn't take any big bumps but no rubbing from the coupe 19s out back. For reference I'm on Coupe rears and Z fronts. But honestly, when I compared the coupe/Z rears, I didn't notice much diff in the heights.

Although the coupe/Z rears seem similar in height or length, I think they have different spring rates? I could be wrong. Rears are so easy, I say you throw in the Z rears...
Oh, and let's see a new pic for reference. Since you threw on used springs and struts, at least you don't have to wait for anything to settle.

How many miles on your struts you sold me? Joker might want them.
It was weird. The Z front springs you sold me didn't really match up to Texan's write up. But I could tell they were shorter so I used them.
Here is my stock spring specs:
Oem linear springs
G35 sedan's with non sport
Front: 283 Rear: 308
Z fronts I used. (But they didn't have the dots that matched this description)
Fronts are 314 spring rate and have 1 pink dot and 1 orange dot. Coils are tighter and most have the rubber sleeve on them.
Coupe rears I used:
Rears from a coupe with OEM 17s/18s: 342 spring rate with 3 red dots
