Tein Basics
DSP26-LUAS2 INFINITI G35 2003-2006 ; exc G35X
9/9 kg OEM
-1.6~-3.7/0~-1.4

Tein Basic (twin tube construction, non adjustable dampners )
Spring rates 504/504
Stiffer then oem by F+61% R+43%
Transfers +18% roll stiffness to front

BC Racing Type BR Coilover
10/8k spring rates
46mm internals (53mm shocks!!!)
1 year warranty
30 way adjustable
fixed cup design

I have been trying to get more info from BC Racing as far as suspension travel, Height adjustment range and so forth.
The BC Racing coilovers you can adjust height without sacrificing preload on the springs unlike the Basics and Dampening adjustment to boot.
As someone else mentioned to rebuild a shock on the BC racing is dirt cheap

So the BK is only 11% stiffer in front and actually 12% softer in the rear? Interesting

That is what I am concerned about. I want a coilover that can reach stock height and lower approximately 2 inches or more. Also, how does the K convert into lb/in?

if you want to go 2in lower than I would think you are not that concerned with ride comfort or quality, if you were I would think you would only want to go no lower than an inch maybe 1.2 or so

I want coilovers so I can go one inch for daily driving and if I feel like it I can drop it two inches. I want the option without having to constantly change springs, just turn some collars.
