LOL. pavelpg. Dremel should work. I'd take the brackets off and carefull scribe when you want to end up at. Just so the material is even. If you have one of those cheap $20 bit sets you can get from Costco, Home Depot or something, there should be a bunch of cutting wheels in it that might be faster. The follow up with the grinding bits to smooth everything.

Well I got some new bits today (mine were old and junk) and tore right through that steel. It's very tough, just a fair warning to those that need to drill into it for some reason. Ground it down and polished it with some grinding tools and a dremel. The bolts seem to fit just right; I extended the hole down about 1cm. When I get my coilovers and other lowering goodies to install them, I'll see if the brace fits.
